Business Cases training for officers within the project teams is part of the GCDPMO.The Better Business Cases Training is articulated into 2 main parts:Better Business Case Training Foundation Course to cover Greenbook, hosted online in a small group (no more than 12) with a dedicated trainer.Better Business Case Training Practitioner Course to cover Greenbook, hosted online in a small group (no more than 12) with a dedicated trainer.The bidders must be APMG accredited, and the course will be based on HM Treasury Green Book Guidance on Public Sector Business Cases and Five Case Model. This is the UK government's best practice approach to developing spending proposals and enabling effective business decisions.At the end of each of the above courses there will be an exam to certify the ability of each officer to write a Business Case in accordance with HM Treasury Green Book Guidance.
