## Notice

While it is intended that the work will cover both the 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years, we have not had our budget for 2024/25 confirmed as yet so it is possible that the contract will not progress beyond 31st March 2024. All agreed work carried out by that time will be paid for. Contractors are welcome to suggest work schedules and alter the suggested payment terms to allow for as much work to be carried out in this financial year as is reasonably possible.

Invitation for expressions of interest, the full Statement of Requirements to be sent to those who have expressed an interest and have experience of similar work. Please supply contact details and information on relevant experience (previous similar contracts undertaken etc.) in relation to this contract. Notes of interest to be submitted by e-mail to SCM_HELP@nature.scot by no later than 07:30 29th January 2024.. Please ignore the date at Section II.3 - as this is not a regulated procurement, a Contract Notice will no be published (there is only a date as the field is mandatory).
