## Notice

The Oracle Cloud User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the UAT phase of the ERP implementation process. A hands on role involves coordinating testing activities, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of UAT processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful ERP system integration.* Responsible for managing the testing of all Oracle Cloud Financials, Period, EPM and HCM (Absence, HR, Onboarding and Recruitment, Payroll, Talent and Performance, Time, and Labour, RBAC, Reporting, Letters...), changes and deployments, end to end (inc. unit testing, integration testing, smoke testing, user acceptance testing, etc).* Working closely with various Delivery Managers, project leads, workstream lead and testing team to ensure delivery to schedule, acting as a point of escalation, and providing regular reporting to the appropriate stakeholders.* Coordinate UAT activities across functional teams P2P, O2C, R2R, EPM, Time and Labour, Talent and Performance, Payroll, Helpdesk, Reporting, Blue Prism Automations, and integrations (Interfaces) Ensuring alignment with project timelines.* Daily Monitoring of test progress, identify issues, and facilitate timely resolution / Defect Management* Identifying test data requirements and ensuring availability including setting up appropriate data where necessary. Working closely with system integrator to ensure testing alignment activities.* Scheduling of testing and resources to meet delivery timescales.* Making recommendations for the continuous development of the test strategy.* Collaborate with business users to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are met.* Design and maintain test catalogues/schedule to ensure the test scripts align with various customer groups and delivery on time.* Providing clear issue feedback with expected versus actual result, steps to recreate, impact and severity assessment, and recommended solutions.* Responsible for ensuring all governance and processes are followed for testing to completion.* Liaison with internal BA's, along with our third-party partners throughout the testing of changes and deployments.* Experienced in end-to-end life cycle of test delivery, across all types of testing.* Ensure test plan readiness to a standard required, concise and can be shared with business end users to execute.* Managed a team of testers, both direct reports and Matrix management* Managed third party partners.
