Strategic Leads will be expected to exercise greater leadership responsibility in terms of decision making and accountability, which for some will be a shift.Whilst there are clear outcomes from the Leadership Review including a high performing leadership team, more integrated service delivery, enhanced leadership capacity and capability at all levels, ensuring decisions are made by those who are best placed to make them.
