Options: The ITT included the following clause: The University of Edinburgh has described the scope to the best of its knowledge. If additional associated services are required (not exceeding 20% of the initial contract value) to fulfil project requirements these will be priced in line with the tender and capped at the APUC Framework Rates. Please note this clause does not allow retrospective price changes, but is just to allow for the incorporation of additional associated services currently unforeseen. The additional services are not intended to create a new contract and shall remain within the scope of contract awarded under MT1056.
