The Council is inviting interested parties to tender for the role of Delivery Partner to manage their 2024/2025 ABS programme with their allocated funding, and for future projects should additional funding or further funding become available under the Energy Efficient Scotland Programme within the duration of this agreement.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
