Opportunities to serve as a pilot or test site for innovative developments, techniques, designs, approaches, or equipment, as well as any opportunity for joint research & development projects are sought. The equipment must be capable of supporting a wide diversity of NMR-related activities in the areas of Biological and Biotechnological Sciences and should allow new research opportunities for wider national access by researchers from diverse disciplines across the UK. To ensure that the University is obtaining value for money and equipment that is of a high quality it is going to conduct a mini-competition to appoint a sole supplier

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the successful tenderer either intended as partial replacement of the supplies or installations or as the extension of existing supplies or installations. The Contracting Authority may at its sole discretion exercise this option. Interested Parties should note that should the Contracting Authority exercise this option the estimated total framework value may increase by up to an additional 50%.
