Structural works are not proposed however localised building fabric repairs are included for. Mechanical and Electrical installations within Bedrooms/ Bathrooms and associated Corridor areas will be overhauled or renewed. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The University of Stirling is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor for the refurbishment of the Stirling Court Hotel. Stirling Court Hotel, owned and operated by the University of Stirling, is situated within the University campus grounds.
