Bidders should also have the ability to build using both traditional and modern methods of construction to meet members' requirements to gain additional funding through government affordable housing programmes. Have the ability to deliver Net Zero Carbon in-use buildings to meet members' aspirations to deliver good quality low-cost housing to their customers.
