## Notice

The Scottish Ministers acting through Marine Directorate wish to commission an independent evaluation of aquaculture consenting pilot sites in Highland and Shetland Council areas. Pilot sites will be agreed between applicants, SEPA and the local authority and through discussion with the Scottish Government. It is intended that, initially, a small number of pilots in the Highland and Shetland areas will be conducted and documented.
