This project shall deliver the preferred route option preliminary design, including roads, bridges/crossings and associated infrastructure. Services to include: - option review/evaluation, - Preliminary design for roads and bridges / DMRB Stage 3 Assessment including EIA, carbon management in line with PAS stage 2 2080 / - Statutory Procedures / - Planning services / stakeholder consultation, - PACE - Network Rail Laison / - Principal Designer (CDM2015) / - Project Management / - Risk Management. This will allow for the design progression of the roads, bridge, drainage, service infrastructure and associated environmental works relating to the EALR Project.
