To ensure a consistent standardised platform for structural surveys across NHS Grampian. Fire compartmentation survey and RAAC surveys have been carried out using this platform. This platform provide FireStopping Built Software and captures AI insights. Multivista are the industry leader in construction documentation provider. The platform is compatible with NHS Grampian tablets. Multivista is a proprietary software platform. Furthermore, the need for compartmentation surveys has been highlighted across many of our Scottish Fire and Rescue Service audits. If we do not comply with these actions as an enforcement authority SFRS can either: 1. force us to carry out a survey and they tell us when and we lose all control over planning and service disruption or 2. shutdown wards, buildings, hospitals as we cannot demonstrate they are safe in line with our progressive horizontal evacuation strategy that fundamentally relies on robust compartmentation.
