This Prior Information Notice is on behalf of trade related services for Wheatley Homes East (WHE) WHS are looking to procure contracts for the following trades: -Asbestos -Builder work (Minor Works) -Void Property Clearance and Cleaning -Drainage -Fencing & Grounds Maintenance (Minor Works) -Flooring -Glazing -Joinery -Painting & Decorating -Plastering -Roofing & Scaffolding -Heating & Renewables -Electrical (including Door Entry Systems) -Tarmac & Surface Repair -Plumbing -Gas Repairs - Domestic -Gas Repairs - Communal -Specialised Doors and Window Repairs (e.g., hinges mechanism; misaligned placement) -Needle sweep and Bio-cleans. Contracts shall be tendered separately for each trade and each of these four geographical areas in the East region: - Edinburgh - West Lothian - East Lothian - Fife Interested parties are requested to complete the Questionnaire that can be accessed via the link below and submit by close of business on Tuesday 25th June 2024.
