### Procurement Information

There is insufficient time to conduct a mini competition via the Scottish Government framework for media buying services prior to the end of the current framework term. The award of the new Scottish Government framework was delayed and as a result SNBTS were unable to conduct a new mini competition prior to the end of the previous contract award. SNBTS requires the continued services of a media buying agency to ensure critical advertising of donor requirements is carried out to maintain the supply of critical life saving blood products to NHS Scotland patients. This contract is being awarded to the current supplier who was awarded via a previous mini competition under the Scottish government framework ref: SP-18-007. The Authority will undertake a mini competition via the new Scottish Government framework agreement for media buying during the term of this contract.
