## Summary

The University of Edinburgh is planning a tender for a four year framework agreement for Painting and Decorating works. The total estimated value is 4.8 million GBP, with anticipated tendering procedures starting no later than August 2024. This tender from the University of Edinburgh for Painting and Decorating services can create opportunities for businesses in the Construction industry. Companies specialising in Painting and Decorating works and with experience in working on large-scale projects involving a diverse range of buildings would be well-suited to compete. The framework agreement's four-year term can provide stability and a consistent flow of work for successful providers. Additionally, businesses interested in long-term partnerships with the University of Edinburgh and its subsidiary companies should consider this opportunity to expand their presence in the Education sector and gain regular contracts over an extended period.
