## Notice

Moray Council is looking to contract with a provider for the provision of Support Services for Children with Disabilities - Group Activities. The provider should be committed to the Promise and have aligned policies, strategies and practice to inform change where required to ensure children, young people and families are at the centre. The aim of this service is to give the children with a disability the opportunity to attend a group with a structured programme. This will allow a natural break for families from their caring responsibilities whilst their child or young person is under the supervision of a group / leisure club. This will allow children and young people with disabilities the same opportunity to play, participate in culture and leisure activities as their peers. The service provider is required to deliver the service in accordance with the terms of the contract and shall be responsible for the provision of necessary and trained staff, planning, management and co-ordination considered relevant and necessary to ensure satisfactory delivery of the service.
