This is to also include the provision of innovative mould treatment and preventive solutions such as infrared technology, mechanical movement of air, heating, and insulation. ### Lot Information Lot 1 - Building Surveying and Environmental Sensor Monitoring This Lot seeks a suitably qualified independent consultant to provide Building Surveying Inspections with Environmental Sensor Monitoring to all property types across group suffering from mould and dampness issues that have not been resolved by our Healthy Homes MyRepairs Team and require further independent assistance to resolve issues and prevent mould and dampness reoccurrence. This is to also include provision of innovative mould treatment and preventive solutions such as infrared technology, mechanical movement of air, heating, and insulation. Consultant employed must be RICS qualified and proficient in undertaking 3D scan surveys and the installation of IoT provision, providing full condition survey reports with dashboard data from IoT sensors..
