Programme development and design officerThe postholder will work as part of the Environmental Quality & Resilience Division within Scottish Government, reporting to the Deputy Director.Their primary role will be to create the underpinning programme materials and infrastructure required for a Scottish Government led project on flooding, which is already underway. Working with the policy team and Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), they will create and develop the materials and establish the mechanisms for this project to be effectively managed and monitored going forward.Working with a number of teams in the Division, they will also put in place proportionate project management materials and arrangements for other Divisional projects to support governance and assurance processes and effective delivery of Ministerial priorities.
