Renewal: The contract may be extended after the first 7 months if there are delays with Government feedback process which will push back delivery timescales. This will be up to a maximum of 1 year.

Lot 2 - Hilton Hive Agri Tech Development Centre

Prepared approved OBC and FBC for Tay City Deal CASI project - Hilton Hive Agri Tech Development Centre

Renewal: 1 additional year if there are delays in Government approvals of OBC and FBC.

Lot 3 - Neutral Spirit Still

Provide a tender to deliver a prepare approved Outline Business Case and Full Business Case for a neutral spirit still as part of the Tay Cities Region Deal Centre for Agricultural Sustainable Innovation.

Renewal: Contract may be extended depending on delays in Government approvals process. This will be discussed and agreed with successful tenderer.
