NatureScot requires a competent Contractor who will provide a high quality service, whilst offering good value in the expenditure of public funds. The services required are as follows: Element 1 - Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance. Element 2 - Winter Emergency Services. Full details are in the attached Statement of Requirements Please note that the 'Total value of the procurement' is an estimate only for potential duration and example level of WES required. All tenders must be submitted by the PCS Portal using the secure tender postbox. Please allow sufficient time to upload your tender. Tenderers must also complete the SPD document attached to this notice. Tenderers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading. Please note instructions in the SoR for site visits. Note Duration of contract is 1 year plus possible 2 x 12 month extensions.
