## Summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde recently concluded the procurement process for the "Forensic Adult Education" contract, focusing on mental health services for individuals with mental illnesses or learning disabilities posing a potential risk due to their conditions. The project, segmented into two lots, involves delivering educational programmes at the Rowanbank Clinic and Leverndale Hospital, located in the Glasgow region (UKM82). The contract was awarded on 16th December 2024, with key services commencing immediately. This procurement, falling under the health industry category, utilised an open procedure to ensure transparent and competitive bidding.
