### Procurement Information

As we pay AON directly it is considered a single tender. However AON have gone out to the market to get quotes and therefore have tendered to the market for NatureScot to establish best value for money. Last years quote - 47,577 GBP gross This years renewal quote - 81,851 GBP gross (an increase of 34,274 GBP) There is a slightly cheaper quote (80,037 GBP gross - however the excess for EVs is double (500 GBP) so not recommended). To keep our fleet on the road past 30th June 2024 we need to take out one of the policy options offered by AON. No option of policy of less than 1 year (i.e. cannot do a 3 month policy while look at options)
