## Summary

The Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service (SCTS), located in Edinburgh, is undergoing a planning stage for the procurement of a new Mental Health for Scotland Website and Member's Portal. The project, titled "Provision of MHTS Umbraco Content Management System," falls under the industry category of general public services. This procurement is specifically designed for services and will utilise a tender procurement method. Interested parties should be aware that only tenders from Umbraco Partners will be accepted, with no alternatives considered. A Pre-Market Engagement Webinar is scheduled for 23 August 2024, followed by the expected tender publication during the week commencing 26 August 2024. The engagement will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in web development and content management systems, particularly those accredited as Umbraco Partners. Companies capable of creating secure, modern, and accessible websites meeting WCAG 2.1 standards would find this project highly suitable. The scope includes developing a secure Member’s Portal and ensuring compliance with the Scottish Government Design Standards. Firms with experience in governmental or tribunal-related web solutions, particularly those focused on legal and mental health sectors, are well-positioned to leverage this opportunity for substantial business growth and long-term partnerships with a notable public service organisation.
