## Summary

The University of Strathclyde has awarded a contract to the Community Renewal Trust to provide action learning sets focused on the socio-economic determinants of health inequalities in Scotland. Located at McCance Building, 16 Richmond Street, Glasgow, the university seeks to address issues in housing and employability through this initiative. This open procurement process was completed on 16 October 2024, with the contract valued at £46,473. The project aims to achieve substantial progress in tackling health inequalities by January 2026, focusing specifically on low-income families with young children and younger adult men aged 25-40.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in educational services, consultancy, and public policy implementation. Suitable candidates would include SMEs with experience in action learning programmes, specifically within the context of public sector policies. With the procurement stage completed and a clear focus on both housing quality and employability, businesses involved in policy consultancy, social research, and community development can benefit substantially by engaging in future opportunities that might arise from additional service requests or extensions of existing services.

## Notice
