## Summary

Angus Council, in conjunction with the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership, has concluded the procurement process for the provision of home and community-based care and support services under SDS Option 3. Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Adults aged 16 and over who have mental health and/or substance misuse issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly housing support but with some personal care requirements as necessary. Adults aged 16 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community..
