## Notice

The Scottish Government's Rural and Environmental Science and Analytical Services Division wishes to procure economic analysis and modelling to support policy development of the Agricultural Reform Programme. Section 2 - Background & Context Following EU withdrawal and cessation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), the Scottish Government set out its ambitions for future policy in its Vision for Agriculture , its published Route Map and has laid the Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Bill (hereafter 'The Bill') in Parliament. The Bill will reform how the government will support farming and food production in Scotland, and it will legislate to introduce a new framework of support to replace the current Common Agricultural Policy. It will support the delivery of the Vision for Agriculture and the Route Map, which set out five key outcomes that future policy will aim to deliver.
