### Lot Information

Lot 1

The aim of the project is to create a new purpose-built winter climbing wall within the illustrated facility near the existing climbing towers. This build is replacing a previous wall that needed an update to provide a facility that enhances the National Centre. The new wall will compliment Glenmore Lodge's current winter climbing facility by providing an indoor training facility that can be used by all winter climbers attending our courses from novice to expert and including national governing body award training. We see this as a unique stand-alone facility that would offer all year-round winter climbing training opportunities. The facility will offer an alternative training venue when hill conditions are unsuitable. See ITT for further detail.
