The Scottish Police authority has an ongoing requirement for the procurement of Airwave radios, associated consumables and warranty packages. Following analysis of the devices and pricing available via 'The Police Digital Services Framework for the Supply and Delivery of Motorola MXP600 Handheld Radio Terminals, including warranty and ancillaries' a Direct Award was made to Motorola under the terms of the Framework.

Options: Optional Requirements - The Customer reserves the right to procure additional Goods and Services as set out in the Framework Agreement Catalogue throughout the period of the Call-Off contract (i.e. up to the Framework End date and Call Off Contract expiry date of 31/12/2026, with the option to extend until 31/12/2027). - The additional goods and services shall be up to a maximum potential total value of GBP 22.5m including the optional extension period. - Any additional goods and services shall be procured through the issue of subsequent Purchase Orders under this Call-Off Contract Reference. - Charges for additional goods and services are based on the prices and method of calculation as set out in the Framework Agreement Schedule 2 (Framework Pricing), subject to any discounted price drops.
