In this procurement we are seeking to purchase and install battery powered and wireless temperature, relative humidity and CO2 sensors in each property. The list of properties will include a mix of house sizes and styles across the Council's geographical area and will aim to target tenancies where there has been past experience, reports and/or complaints of damp, condensation, condensation related mould growth etc. over the last 2- 3 years.
