## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1 - Activity Based and Residential Learning

Support and encourage learners to manage their own learning to develop skills, improve performance and maximise potential.. This PSA will remain open to new applicants for the full term. All staff involved in the delivery of the services must have the relevant PVG Scheme Membership in terms of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.

Lot 5 - Curriculum, Consultancy and Virtual Learning

Provide learning, support or assessment services primarily in Literacy, Numeracy and, Health and Wellbeing including, but not limited to, the use of standardised diagnostic assessment and screening tools. The successful providers appointed to this Lot will when providing services under a call off contract will: - provide learning, support or assessment services primarily in literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing including, but not limited to, the use of standardised diagnostic assessment and screening tools; - ensure that all personnel involved in the delivery of the services have the relevant PVG Scheme Membership in terms of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007; Attachment 3 - be able to demonstrate management systems and processes which comply with data protection legislation; - be able to exemplify expected impact based on research or previous service delivery; - ensure the services are provided by personnel who have current knowledge, experience and understanding of primarily literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing. - be able to demonstrate compliance with data protection legislation.
