Lot 1

The Continuous Manufacturing and Advanced Crystallisation centre(CMAC) required multiple X-Ray instruments for their research to add to their existing suite of instruments in the Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC building). This contract is for the supply, delivery and installation of the following instruments: - Nano CT Instrument - PDF Instrument - Capillary XRD Instrument The requirement is inclusive of delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty.

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional services from the successful Tenderer, either intended extension of existing services/supply or in replacement of existing services/supply. The Contracting Authority may at its sole discretion exercise this option. In line with 72 - Modification of Contracts During their Term, of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, this Contract may be modified without a new procurement procedure in accordance with this Part in some cases.
