Repair and Maintenance to slated and tiled roofs - schools and public buildings

Stirling Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake a variety of Roofing & Slating,(Lot 1). All companies must provide their own scaffolding. Generally the work will be carried out to non-council housing, all other community properties, schools and other public properties. All must be a member of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors or equivalent organisation.. This is a 4 year contract in total including the possible 2 x annual extensions. Breakdown of quality Method statements and weightings within the tender docs - overall quality weighting is 30 per cent as stated above at II.2.5.

Renewal: Two possible annual extension periods at the sole discretion of the council.

Repair and maintenance to Bitumen & felt roofs - schools and public buildings

All companies must provide their own scaffolding. Generally the work will be carried out to non-council housing, all other community properties, schools and other public properties. All must be a member of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors or equivalent organisation.. This is a 4 year contract in total including the possible 2 x annual extensions. Breakdown of quality Method statements and weightings within the tender docs - overall quality weighting is 30 per cent as stated above at II.2.5.
