Historic Environment Scotland is seeking tenders from those with suitable experience to provide MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health) Engineering consultancy service to support the work of HES to deliver MEP investment projects and MEP reactive and maintenance works throughout its Properties in Care and wider estate. There will also be a requirement for other ad hoc services as required, including but not limited to; water, sewage, lifts, lightning protection, fire protection, renewables design services and security.

Renewal: There will the option to extend the contract for two further periods of twelve (12) months (2+1+1 contract) at the discretion of HES following the initial twenty four (24) month period.
