## Summary

Maryhill Housing Association has concluded the public procurement process titled "Maryhill Housing Association - Medical Adaptations," under the industry category of Housing and community amenities. The contract focuses on adapting properties within the Maryhill area of Glasgow to meet the needs of residents requiring medical adaptations. This involves downtakings and installations in existing bathrooms, as well as external modifications like grab rails and ramps. This tender presents considerable opportunities for businesses specialising in construction, particularly those familiar with accessibility adaptations and bathroom fittings. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) interested in expanding their services within the public sector in Scotland would find this contract particularly beneficial, as demonstrated by the award to WrightKerr All Trades Limited, an SME. The contract also aligns well with organisations aiming to provide high-quality service and achieving performance targets. Additionally, the long-term nature of the contract and potential for renewals offers stability and growth prospects for businesses that can deliver excellent service and meet Maryhill Housing Association's community benefit requirements.
