### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Public Utilities investigation is being undertaken on the A710 Port Road and the adjacent land to the west and east. The investigation will determine the exact locations/levels of the public utilities. 1. Hand dig 11 x trial pits to identify the line and level of a high voltage electricity duct in the fields to the west and east of the A710. The location of the high voltage electricity duct will determine the location of the trenches to be excavated in the A710 carriageway. 2. Hand dig 10 x inspections pits to identify the line and depth of an existing culvert in the fields to the west and east of the A710. 3. Excavate 6 x trenches in the A710 carriageway to identify the line and level of the existing services. 4. Produce a report summarising the exact locations & depths of each public utility encountered, including photographs of each duct. The report will also detail the exact locations and depth of the existing culvert. The works are to be constructed in full to the specified quality standards, without putting the health and safety of those on site, the public or end users at significant risk.
