The Executive Director is satisfied that the above justification applies to the award of this contract, it is in the Council's interests to use the Negotiated Tendering Procedure for this contract and the contract will secure Best Value for the Council in terms of Standing Order 2.6 because Vivedia Limited are the sole provider of the system currently in place. This provides the Council with the best route to market and demonstrates best value whilst providing the Council's crematorium subscription services of its AV equipment. ### Procurement Information The award of this contract under the Negotiated Tendering Procedure can be justified under Standing Order 9.3.1(a) of the Council's Standing Orders on Contracts for the following reason: Vivedia Limited have exclusive rights to the system currently in place and therefore are the only provider able to offer annual and monthly subscriptions for the AV system.
