## Summary

Clackmannanshire Council has completed the award stage of a public procurement process titled "Family Wellbeing Partnership (FWP) 2024 - 2026" in the General Public Services category. The project, which is located in Alloa, Scotland, aims to support local families through initiatives such as Values-Based Leadership (VBL) training, collaboration with third-sector partners, and programs for young mothers. This project also includes a sustainable transport strategy to improve community wellbeing and access to jobs and training opportunities. The partnership involves numerous large-scale suppliers, including CMS Leadership Academy CiC, Columba 1400, Forth Valley College, Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface, Wellbeing Economy Alliance Scotland, and Kooth Digital Health Limited. The contract was signed on 25 November 2024, following the receipt of funding from the Scottish Ministers, with a total value of £222,000.

This tender creates significant opportunities for businesses focused on family support, training, and community wellbeing initiatives. The involvement of multiple large-scale organisations underscores the project's comprehensive approach to improving local services and infrastructure. Businesses that specialise in social services, training, transport solutions, and community-oriented projects would be well-suited to compete in similar procurement opportunities in the future. By participating in such tenders, companies can not only contribute to community resilience and empowerment but also expand their portfolios and establish long-term partnerships with local authorities and third-sector organisations.
