NOTE: THIS IS A SINGLE STAGE SUB-CONTRACT TENDER PROCESS - TENDER DOCUMENT "C". The Sub-Contract Works Package (SCWP) comprises the Design, supply and install the removal of the existing lift equipment and modernisation of 6 new traction passenger lifts. All as per specifications attached in tender documentation. (as listed in Section 3 of the "Formal Invitation to Tender" below). This to include all supervision, labour, plant and materials to carry out the full package of works as described in the accompanying tender documents. The SCWP will be awarded as a FIXED PRICE sub-contract (for the duration of the Main Contract works). The SCWP will be awarded as a RE-MEASURABLE sub-contract. Estimated SCWP value - GBP??? Timing: Anticipated award of SCWP to successful tenderer - 31/01/2025 Anticipated SCWP start on site - TBC Anticipated SCWP completion date - TBC Note: sequencing of works to be planned / programmed in conjunction with the requirements of the Principal Contractor.
