Continuation with the incumbent supplier will allow for a seamless approach including software licenses that are purchased. The incumbent supplier has detailed knowledge and understanding of our systems, campus layout and the scope of works required This will also enable the emergency upgrade of existing equipment which is essential for daily operations. Also there was no available frameworks.
