The purpose of this Call off through the Scottish Government Software Value Added Reseller Services Framework (SP-21-034) is to request Computacentre to provide a vendor to deliver an online standalone employee expenses system to Scottish Enterprise. SE is looking to purchase a standalone SAAS online expense system to be used by around 1,080 employees located in several locations world-wide. Most staff are based in the UK with around 30 employees based in the USA. The successful supplier must demonstrate their ability to provide a flexible expense solution that can handle multi-currency, multi-policy expense claims through multi-approval routes. The solution should also offer a variety of ways to access the expense claim system - e.g. Laptop internet connections, mobile device app etc.
