Staff safety will be at the forefront of any solution or device and something that will mitigate risk where possible to offer staff a safer working environment in varying job roles across numerous council department and teams. Due to the rural nature of Angus, any APP or device would need the functionality to work for example, where there is potentially no immediate GPS signal to use. Whilst we have no immediate figures for our requirements, it is likely to run into the hundreds..
