The open procurement method ensures a transparent and competitive process, presenting growth opportunities for providers looking to expand their market presence in the public sector. ## Notice RCH is looking to to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake Mobile SIM Calls and Data Provision. ### Lot Information Lot 1 River Clyde Homes (RCH), and our subsidiary Home Fix Scotland, are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to provide Mobile SIM Calls and Data Provision. RCH are coming to the end of our existing contract for this requirement. We currently have approximately 350 connections comprising of Data-Only (70 SIMs) and Voice Plus Data (280 SIMs). It is likely that the volume will increase over the period of the contract. The current data contract is a group-wide shared volume, and the new contract must also support that service. Although voice and text are more limited in their use currently, we expect an increase over the period of the contract and therefore request either a similar group-wide shared limit or a reasonable limit per SIM. Regardless of when any additional SIM cards are required throughout the contract period, this should not affect the termination date of the contract, and all connections must co-terminate simultaneously at the end of the agreement. Any additional SIMS required will be charged at the unit cost provided within the successful bidders submitted pricing schedule. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two-year duration.
