Lot 1

We are looking to procure a Developer to either build new or refurbish existing facility to provide NHS General Practice and support accommodation in line with our Employers Requirements. We would then wish to lease back the facility over an arranged lease period.. PQQ Notice will be issued and shortlisted, we shall then select a short list of tenderers who will receive the ITT documents. Following tender evaluation we shall progress with the preferred Developer.
