### Lot Information

Lot 1

The purpose of this review is to understand the current and future size, shape and skillset of sportscotland's workforce to deliver against its Corporate Strategy. Within the context of ongoing financial constraints, it is critical that we not only ensure we have the most effective and efficient workforce aligned to the delivery of our Corporate Strategy, but also that we retain and develop the right skillsets to meet changing demands externally and support the sustainability of our sporting sector. sportscotland's current structure was implemented in 2008. Since then, our corporate strategy has further developed as has the external environment in which we operate. Individual and team roles have evolved since 2008; however, we recognise the need for a wider strategic review to ensure we remain relevant, high performing and impactful. Our intention with this review is to take a step towards being more strategic about our workforce on an ongoing basis, as we respond to the emerging needs of the sector.
