Lot 1

The Supplier shall develop a video of around 6 - 7 minutes and an associated podcast of around 20 - 30 minutes. It is envisaged that the video would provide real-life footage (as opposed to animation) and include a combination of interview material alongside a voice-over of scripted explanatory material, and that the same oral material would be used to create the podcast. However, the Council is open to suggestion of other approaches where they can be supported.
