The systems building will be built on 'jackpads'. Thereby avoiding formation of foundations and ensuring a quick installation and minimal time on site, reducing disturbance to the school operations and ensuring project programme timescales will be met. The building proposed will be highly sustainable and has the ability to be easily moved and relocated in the future if school estate needs change.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
