### Procurement Information

CUSTODY AND OFFENDER MEDICAL SERVICES (COMS) have been engaged by NHSH for many years to deliver custody and forensic services to NHSH. The delivery of this service is a legal requirement. Due to staffing NHSH do not have doctors to cover this service 24/7 and require COMS to provide cover when there is no NHSH Dr available. COMS are the only locum agency that have the right training to deliver this specialist service.
