The redevelopment provides a complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing building and performance spaces with new specialist and state-of-the-art technical infrastructure complete with stage engineering, stage lighting and audio visual systems. The building will have a new inviting and modern-day foyer and entrance plaza added to the current north east elevation. A new build extension is also allowed to the rear of the existing building which will provide a new 90 seat studio theatre with support accommodation.
