This award is for the pre-construction RIBA stages (1-4) and enabling works phase. This is a critical element of a construction project, ensuring sufficient planning, designing and technical development has taken place before construction works commence.. This is a call off via Scotland Excel Framework Agreement 2121 Framework - New Build Residential Construction framework, Lot 4 - Development of 36-80 Units.
