## Notice

The managed service contract is to provide a Management Consultancy Service to lead the successful design and a delivery of a TOM to support our transformation programme. The Service Provider should work with business, policy and technical staff to design a new TOM, ensuring all aspects of the organisation are designed to deliver future agricultural support and payments, driving key decisions that allow the overarching design to be defined and building on progress to date. This area of work is critical and core to the programme in order to deliver the outcomes and benefits of agriculture reform. We do not currently have the skillset for Target Operating Model work internally.
